There are several ways to add text to a gif. One way is to use an online GIF editor like **EZGIF** or **GIFGIFS** that allow users to add text to a GIF by uploading or pasting the URL of the GIF, entering the text, choosing font styles, and pressing the "ADD TEXT" button to perform the conversion. Another way is to upload the gif and click the "Add Text" button in the toolbar. Then, double click on the text on the canvas or in the settings window to change the text content.
