Here are the steps to change your Google account picture:
1. Sign in to your Google Account.
2. Click on your profile picture in the top right corner of the screen.
3. Click on "Manage your Google Account".
4. Click on "Personal info" from the left-hand menu.
5. Scroll down to the "Profile" section and click on "Photo".
6. You can either upload a photo from your computer or choose one of your Google Photos.
