Here are the steps to freeze frames in Excel:
1. Open the Excel file you want to work with.
2. Select the cell below the rows and to the right of the columns you want to keep visible when you scroll.
3. Go to the View tab.
4. Click on Freeze Panes.
5. Select Freeze Panes.
That's it! Now you can scroll through your worksheet and still see the rows and columns you've frozen.
