Here's a step-by-step tutorial on how to restore the taskbar to the bottom of your screen:
1. Right-click on an empty space on the taskbar.
2. Click on "Taskbar settings".
3. Scroll down to the "Taskbar location on screen" section.
4. Click on the drop-down menu and select "Bottom".
5. If you want to move the taskbar manually, right-click on an empty space on the taskbar and make sure that the "Lock the taskbar" option is unchecked. Then drag the taskbar down to the bottom of the screen.
That's it! You should now have your taskbar back at the bottom of your screen. If you're still having trouble, you can try unticking the "Auto-hide the taskbar" option in Taskbar and Start Menu Properties window.
